• How customisable can crochet designs be?

Crochet designs can be customised in size, colour and pattern! If you have a specific size, shape or colour in mind for any product we sell, we are able to work around your needs. 

• What kind of materials do you use?

The yarn type used in the crochet products is stated on the product page, and will always be 100% vegan and created in a smoke & pet free home. 

• How long do crochet products take?

Depending on the size of the design, crochet products can take between 2-4 weeks. It also depends how many other items are being made at the same time, but we will always ensure to keep in contact with you and be clear about timing when you have placed your order. 

• Is shipping included?

Shipping costs will be added onto your order at the checkout, which will be calculated fairly for the size and weight of the product and where you are based. 

• Can I return products?

Returns are only accepted if there is a fault with the product. To qualify for a return you must send an email with a clear photograph of the fault within 7 days of the product arriving to you. We will then arrange a refund, exchange or repair if possible.
